Only a few of the legal provisions that apply to residential lease agreements apply to commercial lease agreements. The content of the residential lease is therefore largely left to the negotiations of the contracting parties. We are on hand to advise our clients in this process.<\/p>\n<p>Our role covers almost the entire area of commercial premises, from distribution spaces and offices to salesrooms in prime locations. We advise our clients in the negotiations that may be required to dissolve existing leases and to draft lease agreements.
