In questions of commercial and corporate law, we are primarily active in an advisory capacity.

We support you in choosing a suitable legal form for the business you have planned and we accompany and advise companies and individual shareholders in day-to-day legal matters relating to corporate legal transactions. For example, we support you in preparing and conducting shareholder meetings, amending articles of association or with the transfer of company shares, and the planning of corporate succession. In tax issues, we can call on external tax consultants at any time.

In commercial matters, we provide advice particularly in relation to drafting distribution contracts and agreements with suppliers and customers. Our role also extends to representing our clients in proceedings before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals.
