Specialized Lawyers’ Code (Fachanwaltsordnung FAO),
the German Lawyers Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz RVG),
the Code of Conduct for Lawyers of the European Union (Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Union CCBE)

Out of court settlement
Disputes between lawyers and their clients can, upon respective request, be settled in out of court proceedings at the local bar association Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk München (§ 73 Abs. 2 Nr. i.V.m. § 73 Abs. 5 BRAO) or at the arbitration board of the Federal German Bar Association (§ 191 f.
